Jurkat cells were incubated with 25 μM etoposide overnight. Cells were then analysed for binding of annexin V, activated complement, or apolipoprotein H via fluorecent activated cell sorter (FACS) analysis.
Serum concentration was 2.5%.
Results are mean fluorescent intensity of five experiments.
